Hayden Quinn is the host of Taste of Australia and lover of all things food! His easy-going nature and enthusiasm for travel, the ocean, people and great food, make him one of Australia’s best-loved media personalities.

The 37-year-old is a regular on Australian television, with his own show Taste of Australia with Hayden Quinn currently in it’s 7th season, and Taste of Australia BBQ Special in its 2nd season, showcasing him at his best – meeting people, exploring the great outdoors and sharing seriously good food and recipes.

It all started back in 2011 with a life-changing MasterChef Australia application. The Northern Beaches local became a household name from his first appearance on our screens during season three of the show and has since appeared on two further iterations of MasterChef (All Stars and Back to Win).

Hayden’s success has only grown since then. Roles on Makeover Street and The Dinner Project further established his popularity, before he took on his biggest role to date at that point – a judge on Family Food Fight (Channel 9, 2017). This saw him go in search of Australia’s number one food family, alongside fellow judges Matt Moran, Tom Parker Bowles and Anna Polyviou.

Shows such as Surfing the Menu – Next Generation and Hayden Quinn South Africa (filmed for South African TV) have brought international success, reaching audiences as far and wide as China, South East Asia, Taiwan and the Middle East.

Hayden is a writer/contributor for delicious magazine, plus taste.com.au and is author of cookbook Dish It Up, ebooks Hayden Cooks with Friends and Hayden Cooks Summer, and co-author of Surfing the Menu – Next Generation.

Aside from his status as a celebrity cook, Hayden is co-owner of The Cube Gym in Sydney, owner/investor of drinks brand Hard FIZZ and an ambassador for brand Australia and Jeep.

He also gives back to the community as a proud advocate and ambassador for charities the Starlight Children’s Foundation and the LifeChanger Foundation.

In his spare time Hayden is a fitness fanatic and if he is not in the water surfing, swimming or paddling his kayak he can regularly be found hitting trails and pavements with Vipers Run Club, as well as taking part in endurance events. He lives on Sydney’s Northern Beaches with his wife Jax Quinn.
